Service Description

My one-to-one coaching sessions have been designed to give you the time and space to look inwards so that you can start to make sense of where you’ve been and where you wish to go. You’ll be gently guided to give voice to any pent-up emotions, buried pain or blocks that are preventing you from living fearlessly and stepping into your authentic power. You’ll also have ample opportunity to examine beliefs that are no longer serving you. You’ll be supported throughout the process so that you can create long-lasting positive change and open the door to a more purposeful, confident and contented way of life. Coaching Plan with Ongoing Support £250 for the Initial 4 x 90 Minute Sessions £55 for each 1 x 60 Minute Continuing Session (Available if you've purchased a plan) Individual Coaching Session £70 for each 1 x 90 minute Session

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged the full rate for the appointment.
